Delivery of goods

Your merchandise will be delivered to the indicated address within 1 to 5 business days from receipt of payment. In exceptional cases, delivery may take a few more days. During promotions and holidays, delivery of orders may take longer than usual.

Return of goods

Quality products purchased online can be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the products to the buyer.

When returning merchandise, the following conditions must be met:

• The returned item must be in its original packaging and clean;
• the item must not have been damaged by the buyer;
• The product must be unused and in good condition (tags and protective film intact, etc.);
• The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received by the buyer; any gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.
